Phase 1: Intro: Complete the request form with your idea and details. Clear information helps us provide an accurate quote.
Phase 2: Payment: Once your design and pricing are confirmed, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email. Orders begin only after full payment is received.
Phase 3: Design: A digital mockup will be created for your approval before production. Inspiration images are welcome.
Phase 4: :After approval, your order enters the production queue. Customers are responsible for supplying and shipping their sneakers for customization — we do not provide sneakers, and we do not customize used footwear. Custom work typically takes 3–4 weeks depending on design complexity and current workload. Once complete, tracking information will be sent via email. Shipping usually takes about 1 week.
